Yes. Free includes unlimited appointments and up to 2 staff. Email allowances and SMS credits are separate from appointment limits.

Can I bring my clients from Fresha or Booksy?

If your current provider gives you a CSV export, you can upload it, check the fields and review possible duplicates before confirming the import. What transfers depends on your export and the fields LOYVI supports. File import never needs your old platform’s password.

Can I move upcoming appointments too?

Yes. Appointment imports depend on a supported export and on matching its services, staff and dates to your LOYVI setup. You review the results — including any clashes with your calendar — before confirming; not every source field can be transferred.

What happens after my Pro trial?

Choose Pro at £24.99/month or £249/year. If you don’t upgrade, you return to Free. No card is needed to start the 14-day trial.

What’s included for reminders and SMS?

Booking confirmations and email reminders are included within your email allowance. Pro includes SMS appointment reminders. SMS on Free, extra SMS on Pro and additional email credits are available pay as you go. Payment processing fees are separate.

Can I keep my existing website?

Yes. Link its Book Now button to your LOYVI booking page. Pro also includes premium salon website templates and a custom domain.
